WooCommerce Migration
The unsupported PHP site was replaced with a more modern and maintainable WooCommerce platform.
The Pain Point
Andrew Wommack Ministries Europe needed to move away from an old, unsupported PHP 7.2 website script. One of the biggest problems in the old setup was the way monthly partnerships were handled.
Supporters could not create a monthly partnership cleanly on their own. Staff had to intervene manually before a customer could be set up, which created complaints, slowed the process down, and led to lost income.
The Solution
We rebuilt the site on WooCommerce and replaced the old manual process with a subscription-based partnership flow using WooSubscriptions.
Subscription Partnerships
Monthly partnerships were rebuilt using WooSubscriptions so supporters could sign up without staff intervention.
Dashboard Management
Self-service account management made it easier for supporters to manage their partnership details.
Admin-Friendly Content Updates
Improved UI meant web admins were no longer needed for minor content edits and updates.
The Result
The biggest barrier to creating partnerships was removed. Supporters could sign up more easily, staff no longer had to step in to make the process work, and the organisation had a more maintainable website for the future.
On top of that, day-to-day content management became easier, reducing reliance on web admins for small updates and routine site changes.
