The Pain Point
CollSys, a provider of work experience software, decided to move away from legacy ColdFusion software to a better-supported PHP stack built with Laravel. Their in-house development team was new to PHP and Laravel and needed practical guidance on both the rewrite and the development process.

We worked alongside the existing development team, helping them learn modern development practices and supporting the rewrite in PHP using Laravel as the application framework.

The rewritten WEX platform launched successfully within a tight four-month timeframe. Just as importantly, the internal team came away with more confidence and a stronger set of modern development processes to build on.
