Live job data was brought into the website from the CRM.
The Pain Point
Scale Careers, a recruitment business focused on architecture, had built a website in Squarespace but could not show the jobs stored in their CRM on the site. They wanted candidates to be able to search for live roles and apply through the website.
The Solution
We worked with Bullhorn to create a bespoke JavaScript application that pulled jobs into the Squarespace site using the Bullhorn API.
Filterable Job Listings
Candidates could browse and search live vacancies.
Job Detail Pages
Individual roles could be explored before applying.
Application Flow
The site supported applications instead of being static.
The Result
Scale Careers were able to show candidates relevant vacancies on the website and let them browse and apply for roles online. The website became a more useful extension of the CRM rather than a disconnected marketing page.
